Recently, the marketing center organized a first half marketing review meeting to review the marketing work in the first half of 2023 and deploy the work in the second half. The heads of each department held a heated brainstorming session around the company's medium and long-term business strategic planning, conducting in-depth exchanges and discussions on the strategic plan for the future business development of Eaton Electronics.

At the beginning of the meeting, the customer service department of the marketing center will report on the achievement of the main business indicators in the first half of the year. Faced with the complex international and domestic environment, the performance of most PCB peers has significantly declined. Ellington Marketing strictly follows the deployment at the beginning of the year, closely focuses on the company's five business sectors, actively increases order share for existing customers, and increases the development of new customers, achieving certain growth compared to the same period last year.


Subsequently, the sales leaders of each business conducted a comprehensive analysis of the sales execution in the first half of the year. The leaders of the five major business sectors conducted industry development insights and analysis on their respective areas of responsibility, and combined with the actual situation of our company, proposed suggestions for the development and technical improvement of target customers in the industry sector. Company leaders and business unit leaders actively participate in discussions and provide opinions. The General Manager of the Marketing Center has made specific arrangements and deployments for the sales goals for Q3 and the second half of the year, requiring all marketing personnel to firmly grasp the company's annual goals and not relax. They have re planned the Q3 sales budget and the strategy for achieving the annual sales goals, and have also explained the company's medium and long-term business development roadmap.

 

In order to achieve the company's future goal of 10 billion yuan, we will re-establish a key customer combat system and conduct hierarchical management of customers. During the review process, the company leaders actively expressed their opinions and suggestions on the meeting content, and expressed their full support for the work of the marketing department. They requested that all departments collaborate and advance together to assist the company in high-quality development.

 

At the end of the meeting, Comrade Zhang Han, the general manager of the company, gave a summary speech. Eaton Electronics expected a net profit of approximately 164 million to 197 million yuan in the first half of 2023, an increase of 33.88% to 60.33% year-on-year, and achieved gratifying results. Regarding the marketing work in the second half of the year, it is required to continue to cultivate customers in the five major industries, implement new customer development plans, target customers, and actively develop the domestic market. Implement various work arrangements and strive for practical results to ensure the achievement of annual business goals.
