Grand Opening, Intelligence Leading the Future | Ellington’s Thailand Plant Inaugurates, Ushering in a New Chapter in Global Strategy

On March 20, 2026, the 304 Industrial Park in Prachinburi Province, Thailand, was filled with distinguished guests and a festive atmosphere as Ellington’s first overseas production base—TaiHua Electronic Technology Co., Ltd.—held its grand opening ceremony. This milestone marks a critical step in Ellington’s global strategy and represents the Company’s response to the Belt and Road Initiative and its commitment to international development, opening a new chapter in China-Thailand economic and trade cooperation as well as the collaborative growth of the electronics industry.

The ceremony brought together representatives from the Thai local government and various sectors, global partners of Ellington, as well as members of the Company’s management team and employees, all gathered to witness this significant moment.

During the opening ceremony, representatives of Ellington’s management team and distinguished guests delivered speeches, expressing strategic resolve, reviewing the construction journey, and outlining the blueprint for future development.

The Governor of Prachinburi Province and the CEO of 304 Industrial Park extended their warm congratulations on the inauguration of the new plant. They noted that the establishment of TaiHua Elec-Tech has not only introduced advanced technology and management expertise but also created a substantial number of local job opportunities, effectively unlocking and harnessing the potential of Thailand’s workforce while driving regional economic revitalization. They further stated that the Thai government, relevant authorities, and the industrial park will continue to provide a stable and favorable business environment as well as efficient support services, fully backing the Company’s sustained, steady, and rapid growth in Thailand.

Yi Shoubin, Deputy General Manager of Ellington, stated in his opening address that from its planning phase to completion and commissioning, TaiHua Elec-Tech has consistently received strong support from the Thai government and the industrial park, and has also embodied the dedicated efforts and close collaboration of the entire team and partners. He also extended his sincere gratitude to all stakeholders who have shown care and support for the TaiHua Elec-Tech project.

The new facility in Thailand features industry-leading automated production lines, intelligent warehousing, and a manufacturing execution system (MES), establishing a digital and intelligent “smart factory” that enables end-to-end traceability and refined control throughout the production process. In addition, the Company has invested tens of millions of yuan in the construction of advanced wastewater and exhaust gas treatment systems, with all treatment indicators exceeding the minimum local environmental requirements, underscoring its commitment to becoming a benchmark for green manufacturing.
