As autumn's crisp breezes set the season, Ellington unveiled its highly anticipated annual employee wellness screening program—a cornerstone of the company's commitment to proactive health stewardship.

The company always puts the physical and mental health of the staff in an important position, in order to put the initiative of caring for the staff into practice, during October 21-25, the company's labor union carefully organized all the staff to carry out the health checkup activities in the year of 2024. Considering that the normal production and operation of the company will not be affected, the medical checkup was arranged in a flexible way that the staff could be examined in batches and throughout the day.

In the early stage of the activity, the labor union of the company actively carried out communication, docking and coordination with the medical checkup organization in various aspects. It not only arranged the venue for the medical checkup properly, but also ensured that the medical checkup site had a clear process and professional guides. At the same time, all departments of the company also actively cooperated with each other to accurately communicate the medical examination notice to each employee and reasonably arrange the employees to have the medical examination in a staggered manner, so as to ensure that the whole process of medical examination was rigorous, orderly, safe and smooth.

This health checkup is more comprehensive than the previous years' checkups, and the checkups are more abundant and comprehensive, with as many as 16 items, which cover blood routine, liver function, kidney function, tumor screening, electrocardiogram, color ultrasound, thyroid, chest X-ray, gynecological examination, urinalysis, and so on. These comprehensive and detailed checkups aim to build a solid line of defense for employees' health through “early diagnosis, early prevention and early treatment”.
