On the afternoon of March 31, 2025, the Ellington Electronics Global Supplier Summit was successfully held in Nansha, Guangzhou, uniting world-class supply chain partners to collaboratively design a strategic blueprint for multi-billion-dollar blue-ocean markets and pioneer a transformative chapter in smart electronics manufacturing.

This supplier conference invited more than 140 partners from all over the world, and nearly 270 representatives attended. In this spring full of vitality, we jointly embarked on a new journey. Ellington Electronics' Chairman Zhang Han, General Manager Li Wenhan, along with other company leaders and the procurement team, warmly received the supplier representatives. Regarding future cooperation, Chairman Zhang put forward a highly forward-looking and constructive cooperation initiative:

Chairman Zhang warmly welcomed suppliers to actively recommend high-end technical talents, injecting new impetus into the technological innovation of Ellington; meanwhile, he also expected everyone to provide high-quality M&A targets. Subsequently, Ellington Electronics' General Manager Li Wenhan introduced in detail the company's development history, reform achievements, and future plans for the guests. He indicated that Ellington had now established a Procurement Strategy Committee and an expert team to finely control inventory. The results of various reforms were remarkable, with revenue and profits increasing steadily year by year. In terms of supply chain management, strict entry thresholds were set, and suppliers were expected in six aspects: quality compliance, honest contract performance, timely delivery, self-discipline against corruption, prohibition of illegal bidding, and family member avoidance. The company promised to treat suppliers fairly, strictly implement integrity systems, and keep supervision and feedback channels open, looking forward to winning-win cooperation with suppliers.

Next, Ellington Electronics' Purchasing Director Li He shared from multiple dimensions including procurement performance, strategy and planning, system reform, quality risk management, supplier management, as well as digital and innovative procurement. He emphasized the importance of efficient supply chain management, pointing out that the close cooperation of supplier partners in delivery timeliness, communication response, quality assurance, and cost optimization is the key to ensuring the efficient operation of the supply chain.

To this end, the Director of the Product and Technology Development Center, Chen Xudong, analyzed in detail the development trends of the PCB industry and introduced the company's product development planning and new product development plan, highlighting the key role of technological innovation in promoting the company's development.

At the dinner, Mr. Li Li, the founder of Ellington, personally came to the scene to deliver a speech.
