On the morning of January 18, Ellington  hosted its 2024 Annual Review & Recognition Ceremony, attended by Chairman Zhang Han, General Manager Li Wenhan, senior executives, middle management, and award-winning teams/individuals, totaling over 100 participants.The ceremony featured the announcement of 2024 Excellence Awards across team and individual categories, followed by live presentations of honors to recipients in recognition of their exceptional contributions.

Deputy General Manager He Gang announced the 2024 Recognition Decisions, encompassing 13 award categories:Best Marketing Unit,Outstanding Service Unit,Excellence in Quality Unit,Workplace Safety Excellence Unit,Cost Reduction Benchmark Unit,Outstanding Middle Management,Excellence in Frontline Management,Top Sales Performers,Distinguished Professionals,Technical Excellence Awardees,Operational Excellence Honorees,Individual Quality Achievement,Rising Star Award.A total of 26 units and 112 individuals were honored, and the company leaders and cadres made on-site awards to the winners.


During the ceremony, award-winning unit representatives and individuals delivered heartfelt acceptance speeches. They expressed profound gratitude for the company’s recognition of their contributions, emphasizing that “this honor transcends individual achievement—it embodies the collective dedication of our teams.”

Looking ahead, the honorees pledged to elevate performance benchmarks, champion exemplary leadership, and drive breakthrough innovations in the coming year, reaffirming their commitment to amplifying Ellington’s competitive edge through collaborative excellence.

 

In addition, Mr. Li also made detailed arrangements and deployments for the operation work in 2025, and put forward more lofty goals and requirements. Mr. Li emphasized that all departments and cadres must be closely united and cooperate with each other, and make every effort to ensure that the annual goals and tasks can be successfully completed. At the same time, Mr. Li also encouraged all the staff to devote themselves to their work in the new year with fuller enthusiasm and more vigorous fighting spirit, and to work hard and strive to achieve the company's business goals in 2025.

Finally, the chairman of the board of directors, Mr. Zhang Han, made an important speech, fully affirmed the work of 2024, and put forward clear requirements for the key work of 2025. Mr. Zhang emphasized that, first, we must adhere to the strategic leadership, the company's strategic goals, strategic path must be determined to go on, the company's core values of “customer-centered, striver-oriented” will not change, “according to the quality of life” business philosophy must be long-term adherence. Secondly, we should focus on doing big things, and in 2025, we must grasp the key work that concerns the whole situation, including the strengthening of marketing outlets and strength, the continuous deepening of the reform of the product line, the promotion of informationization and intelligent manufacturing, and the enhancement of the quality and efficiency of the process, etc., which must be completed according to the node no matter how difficult it is.

Mr. Zhang put forward requirements for cadres.
